In my opinion editing trailers is not so much about getting the essence of a movie. No! I am trying to create a trailer which gets the target audience as interested as possible. The goal is to get the movie sold - to get the target group to pay for a ticket or buy a download/DVD. For the editing on the trailer of "Carlo, keep swingin'" I was called in by the movie director Elisabeth Ok because she could not distance herself enough from her film in order to effectivly promote it. This is the version we came up with after testing a early version with a test group.
